Which roles we are hiring
over the next ~36 months.
We are hiring for all the roles you can conceive of on a hospital construction project and in an operating hospital. We have a phased hiring plan to staff a full-service 250-bed tertiary hospital with outstanding professionals from across Pakistan, by 2027.
Our most immediate needs are within Construction & Engineering Project Management – followed closely by Technology Development & Systems Integration, where we will develop the digital realm of Novacare.
We will be hiring a total of ~300 physicians, including ~170 at the Consultant level. We will also be hiring ~600 nurses and midwives, plus ~300 allied health professionals. We will also build sizeable administrative & managerial teams.
